The City has reviewed this application for a zoning map amendment, zoning text amendment, and a contract zone and has issued a Completeness Letter to the applicant. The City has outlined a number of items (referred to as “Completeness items” in the letter) that the applicant must address before the application is considered complete and ready to go before the Planning Board. This is the standard process for a project of this scale. View the letter and application materials on the Major Projects page, and sign up for email alerts when a major update is posted via the link at the top of the page.
Next Steps
The next steps in the process are for the applicant to review and address the Completeness items, revise the application, and resubmit supplemental application materials. There is no date by which the applicant is required to resubmit. Once the applicant does revise and resubmit supplemental materials, another 30 day review period begins, wherein the City reviews the materials and issues a Completeness Letter to the applicant, which may identify further items the applicant must address. This cycle continues until the City determines that supplemental materials address all of the Completeness items. Once the application is complete, a Planning Board public hearing is scheduled and public notice is issued. The City would like to emphasize that there is no anticipated timeline for the Planning Board hearing or subsequent City Council readings because there is an undefined period of time for the applicant to address all deficiencies in the application.
