The Planning and Development Building and Municipal Services Facility are NO LONGER open to the public. EV Charging Infrastructure Ordinance
The electric vehicle charging infrastructure ordinance went into effect on December 5, 2022. This ordinance sets requirements for new/reconstructed parking lots to add EV charging infrastructure at the opportune time to prevent expensive retrofits at a later date. It will also require EV chargers to be installed in some scenarios. For a full description of the changes check out the EV Charging Ordinance Overview (PDF).
