Due to the Monday snowstorm, all City offices and facilities will be CLOSED Monday, February 23, 2026, and a citywide parking ban is in place.

- Begins: Monday, 2/23/26 at 6 AM
- Ends: Tuesday, 2/24/26 at 6 AM
No parking is allowed on any City street. Public lots are available for temporary parking during the ban (cars must be removed within 24 hours of the end of the storm). The parking ban will be enforced with assistance from the South Portland Police Department to ensure Public Works crews can keep streets safe and passable during the storm. Cars parked on the street are subject to ticketing and towing.
