All photos must be original work, taken by the entrant. I understand and agree that all art submitted will become the property of the City and will not be returned. I understand that submitting an entry grants the City consent to use the submission, with or without the name of the artist or those whose image may be featured in the art, for any lawful purpose. I understand that the City may use the art for such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web-based and print publications, among others, all without compensation. By submitting an entry, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age.
Photos must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person. Entries must be submitted via the official contest channel.
In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve how the submission is used by the City now or in the future. I expressly waive any right to royalties, payments or other compensation arising or related to the use of the submission.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the City, its agents, officers and employees from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I or any other persons acting on my behalf may have by reason of this submission.
