2. The City continues to track and document odors that are of concern to residents. We ask residents to complete this form if they experience an odor that is noteworthy and poses no immediate danger to them or the public. While all unnatural odors are of concern, we ask residents to be patient and to assist us with collecting this data that we share with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection as part of the department's South Portland/Portland VOC Air Quality Monitoring Project.

   If you believe an odor poses an emergency to life or property, please call 911 to reach the Fire Department.
