    Photos must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person. Entries must be submitted via the official contest channel.

    In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve how the submission is used by the City now or in the future. I expressly waive any right to royalties, payments or other compensation arising or related to the use of the submission.

    I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the City, its agents, officers and employees from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I or any other persons acting on my behalf may have by reason of this submission.
