The City of South Portland is seeking qualified Designer(s) to assist the CITY in the process of designing and administrating construction and renovations for multiple City building projects. Proposals (RFP #28-25) will be received electronically by the South Portland Purchasing Agent at until 2:00 pm local time, April 16, 2025 and then said office will post them to our Purchasing website. Proposals submitted after this time will not be accepted. Each bidder must submit a single email, where the subject line clearly states “DESIGNER SERVICES” (RFP# 28-25)”.

Electronic (PDF) copies of the RFP Documents may be downloaded at https://southportland.gov/Bids.aspx. Printed copies of the Documents are not available. 

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive any technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid that it may deem to be in the best interests of the Owner.

All questions related to this solicitation should be directed to Matt Fitzgerald, Purchasing Agent, at Questions received less than 5 working days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.  

No bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after receipt of bids unless released by the Owner.
