The City expects that property owners will receive tax bills in the mail in September. A single tax bill with two payment stubs will be included. Payments are due November 15, 2025 and May 15, 2026 (or the following Monday when these dates fall on a Friday, weekend or holiday, such as this fiscal year). After tax bills are mailed, you are always welcome to pre-pay the entire balance or pay in installments as frequently as you’d like, as long as the amount owed is received in full by the due date.
