The City partners with HostCompliance to assist with the identification of short-term rentals and the enforcement of the ordinance. You can report a complaint or potential violation by calling the short-term rental hotline at 207-835-3200 or by submitting a complaint online. Both reporting options are available 24 hours a day/seven days a week for neighbors to report non-emergency problems related to short-term rental properties. Complaints will be followed up by the City’s Code Enforcement Officer.
