10.  ORDINANCE #13-17/18 – Reconsideration of Ordinance #13-17/18, amending Chapter 27, “ZONING,” regarding Short Term Rentals. Passage requires majority vote.

Items #9 and #10 are expected to be voted on for reconsideration then immediately postponed.   No public comment will be taken.

14. ORDER #147-17/18 – Award of Bid #38-18 to Damon Mechanical Services,  of Auburn, ME, for the purchase of the Polyethylene Chemical Storage Tank Replacement.  Passage requires majority vote.

15. ORDER #148-17/18 – Award of Bid #39-18 to Atlantic Mechanical, Inc.,  of Woolwich, ME,  for CSO Secondary Clarifier upgrades.  Passage requires majority vote.  

16. ORDER #149-17/18 – Authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract between the City of South Portland and StreetScan, Inc., of Burlington, MA to perform pavement condition assessment services.  Passage requires majority vote.

17. ORDER #150-17/18– Setting April 5, 2018 as the date for a Public Hearing in City Council Chambers for the Proposed FY 2019 Municipal Budget.  Passage requires majority vote.

18. ORDER #151-17/18 – Authorizing the City Manager to accept delivery of an easement deed and agreement for property at the intersection of Broadway and Elm Street from Terrence A. Parent and Joan C. Parent, for the Elm and Broadway intersection improvements included in the Pleasantdale Sewer Separation project.Passage requires majority vote.

19. ORDER #152-17/18 – Authorizing the City Manager to accept delivery of an easement deed from Turners Island LLC, for property along the northeasterly sideline of Elm Street adjacent to the existing rail crossing for installation of a new storm drain utility as part of the Pleasantdale Sewer Separation project. Passage requires majority vote.

20. ORDER #153–17/18 – Amending the City’s Master Fee Schedule of License, Permit, Inspection, and Application Fees regarding setting the license fees for night time construction activity.  Passage requires majority vote.
