The Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee, in fulfillment of one of the core recommendations of the 2012 Comprehensive Plan, is pleased to submit to the City Council and the public a draft of a Master Plan for Mill Creek. For the purposes of this project, the Committee defines Mill Creek as the area generally between E Street and Broadway. The draft master plan lays out six objectives for Mill Creek and has an interesting set of graphics that show what some Mill Creek places could look like if the owners redeveloped according to the master plan.
The Committee held two public meetings about the draft master plan on February 26th, 2015. The next public meetings will be a Planning Board public hearing on June 9th at 7:00 PM and a City Council Workshop on June 22nd at 6:30 PM, both in the City Hall Council Chambers.
