You may request your absentee ballot be mailed to you starting 90 days prior to Election Day by calling the City Clerk's office at (207) 767-3201 or returning an absentee ballot request form. The last day to request an absentee ballot without special circumstances is Friday, June 4.
Absentee ballots must be received by 8:00pm on Election Day. You can return your ballot by mail (please mail your ballot at least 7 days prior to Election Day) or use the secure dropbox that will be located in the back of City Hall (25 Cottage Road). This dropbox will be installed before absentee ballots become available and will be monitored 24/7 by security camera. You can also have a member of your immediate family return your ballot for you.
