10.     ORDINANCE #6-15/16 - Amending Chapter 27, “Zoning Ordinance,” regarding moratorium on development proposals involving liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage and distribution facilities.  First reading.  Passage requires majority vote. (Amended 12/21/15)

12.     ORDER #67-15/16 – Award of bid #16-16 to Stertil-Koni USA, Inc., of Stevensville, MD, for the purchase of heavy duty mobile column lifts for the School Department.  Passage requires majority vote. 

13.     ORDER #68-15/16 – Authorizing the exchange of deeds with Sable Lodge Retirement Community LLC relating to drainage easements on, over and under a portion of Sable Lodge’s property at 10 and 20 Executive Drive (currently shown as a portion of Assessor’s Map 73, Lots 11A, 11B and 11C).  Passage requires majority vote.

15.     ORDER #70-15/16 – Authorizing the expenditure of $140,000 from the Land Bank for the City to acquire third party enforcement rights in a conservation easement from HW Land Company, LLC to be imposed on approximately 9.3 acres of land located at or near 590 Highland Avenue (said property to be called the “Dow’s Wood’s Nature Preserve”).  Passage requires majority vote.
