11.    ORDER #60-15/16 – Adopting the Seventh Amendment to the Fairchild Semiconductor Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Development Program, the Second Amendment to the Long Creek TIF District Development Program, the Sixth Amendment to the Texas Instruments TIF District Development Program, and the First  Amendment to the Hannaford TIF District Development Program.   Passage requires majority vote.

12.   ORDER #61-15/16 - Accepting miscellaneous donations.  Passage requires majority vote.

13.   ORDER #62-15/16 – Award of bid to Rowe Ford, of Westbrook, ME, for the purchase of a service truck for the South Portland Bus Service. Passage requires majority vote.

14.   ORDINANCE #6-15/16 - Amending Chapter 27, “Zoning Ordinance,” regarding moratorium on development proposals involving liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage and distribution facilities.  First reading.  Passage requires majority vote.

15.   ORDER #63-15/16 – Authorizing the City Manager to submit formal requests to the Maine Department of Environmental Protection (MDEP) that it require oil terminal facilities to conduct a site specific post-closure engineering assessment and to increase the facility’s financial responsibility if so warranted by the assessment.  Passage requires majority vote.
