16. ORDER #188-17/18 – Authorizing the method of sale of a City-owned parcel of land located at 1 Park Avenue (Tax Map 33, Lot 15) as a negotiated sale to the abutting property owner, A &M Ventures, LLC, pursuant to Sec. 2-171(2)(b)(3) of the Code of Ordinances and further authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and complete such sale.  Passage requires majority vote.

17. ORDINANCE #21-17/18   Attachment (A.)  – Amending Ch. 27, “Zoning,” regarding a text amendment and Zoning map change from Main Street Community Commercial District and Residential District A zones  to  Conditional Residential and Limited Commercial Use District G at 611 Main Street (Map 53, Lot 302E).  First reading.  Passage requires majority vote.

18. RESOLVE #27-17/18 – Approving an Appropration Transfer in the  amount of $546,505 for FY 18 for defense of the Clear Skies Ordinance.  Passage requires majority vote.

19. ORDER #189-17/18 – Authorizing the City Manager to execute a license and indemnification agreement between the City and the Long Creek Watershed Management District to allow LCWMD to perform monitoring, inspection and maintenance of stormwater management improvements in a portion of the Cummings Road Right-of-Way and on adjoining land over which the City has obtained an easement from Weight Watchers of Maine, Inc.  Passage requires majority vote.

20. ORDER #190-17/18 – Adopting the Council goals set at the Goal Setting Workshop on March 28, 2018.  Passage requires majority vote.
